Cooper’s Landing is the perfect getaway for those passionate about food and wine. Our Cooking School Classes blend relaxation, fine dining, and hands-on instruction all in a romantic and inviting setting. Join us in our newly renovated Kitchen Classroom where each session will explore a specific topic, cover the basics, and then teach you how you can actually cook the food in your own kitchen.

Sun. May 7th & Mon. May 8th – Topic: “Homemade Pasta & the Delights of Italy”

Sun. Aug. 6th & Mon. Aug. 7th - Join us by the Pool for this Class . . . Topic: “Summer Entertaining & Shellfish . . . Scallops, Shrimp, Clams, Oysters, and More” ($10 upcharge)

Sun. Oct. 1st & Mon. Oct. 2nd - Topic: “Get Ready for Fall with All Things Pumpkin!”

Sun. Nov. 12th & Mon. Nov. 13th – Topic: “Holiday Entertaining & Decadent Desserts!”

Monday Night Evening Class & Small Bites.

The second date listed in BOLD is for our Monday Night “Local” Classes. Come join the Chefs for our two-hour Monday night session where you will learn hands-on techniques in the kitchen that can be incorporated into your own home. You will be cooking & eating the night’s offerings along the way. All Monday night classes will be held from 6:30 – 8:30. We invite you to gather in the tavern at 6:00pm for a cheese & wine reception to meet & greet the other class participants.

Price: $65 per person plus taxes. Price includes cooking instruction, cheese & wine reception, the courses you cook throughout the evening, cooking materials, and recipes to take home. After the wine and cheese reception, the Chef will make suggested wine pairings for each course we cook throughout the night. The paired wines can be enjoyed in class at an additional cost.

For Monday Night Cooking Classes, you will be charged in full at the time of booking your reservation. If you are unable to attend the class, you may send someone else in your place. Cooper’s Landing Inn Cooking School reserves the right to cancel classes if class enrollment has not met the minimum requirement. In this event, we will notify you and provide a refund or we will give you credit towards a future class.

Custom Getaways are available for parties of 6 or more based on availability (Sunday – Thursday). Private groups can request a specific topic.
